Taste the specialities of the Madonie region

Buffet breakfast is served from 8:30 to 9:30 am. We offer milk, coffee, tea, barley coffee, juice fruit, yogurt, cake, homemade cookies and jam, fresh eggs from our hens, bread, honey, Nutella, cereal and fresh fruit. For lovers of savory meats, butter and rusks, fresh tomatoes.

Lunch is served at 1:30 p.m. and dinner at 8 p.m., with set menu and table service.

Reservations are recommended and appreciated.

Let us know about special dietary requirements or special requests for breakfast, lunch or dinner times. On request, we can prepare special menus for vegetarians and children, with simple, healthy dishes. For coeliac guests we are delighted to offer gluten-free alternatives. Our ingredients are carefully selected, and whenever possible, seasonal produce are used.

OUR PRODUCTS

We have been growing organic olives, grapes, wheat, barley and grains for more than 20 years. We use our own farm-produced products (eggs, honey, meat)
and make our own jams and conserves. We produce as much as possible on-site, offering our guests a Km 0 menu, respecting the culinary traditions of our region.
